To be eligible for a return, the following must be true
1. Return is initiated by the customer within 10 days of delivery date.
2. The item(s) is unworn, unaltered, and undamaged in their original packaging -- with the exception of a manufacturing defect
3. The item(s) is mailed back within 3 days of return authorization.
We will not accept returns for items that have been miss handled, heavily worn or damaged due to user error. If the item is damaged during the return shipment we are not responsible and can not provide a return. So please package your items with care!
If items are returned to us damaged we will reship them to you at your own expense.
Returns are accepted within 90 days of receiving your order. You have 10 days from receiving your order to return for a full refund, any return requests made after 10 days are only eligible for store credit. We can only accept a return if the item has a manufacturing issue or was damaged during initial shipping. We will not accept returns for items that have been miss handled, heavily worn or damaged due to user error.
I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it for the correct size?
Of course we are happy to exchange an item for the correct size when possible. Otherwise we will issue a refund or store credit for the amount of that item.
The majority of orders placed Monday-Friday will ship within 24 hours and typically no longer than 3-4 business days. Orders placed after 1 PM CST will be shipped on the following business day.
